Having been in the restaurant business for 30 years & owned stores in Manhattan, Queens, Long Island, Florida, and Greece, my experience has taught me 3 simple things:

• To serve great food;

• Give the best service possible with an experienced & friendly staff;

• Keep the establishment clean & running smoothly.
